Please join as Dave Perry leads us in a discussion of Psalm 3 where the Psalmist tells us, "Many ... many ... many.... But you O Lord...". Dave is calling the session, "Salvation for the Self-Absorbed". We will gather around tables for discussion in the Kid's Ministry area, like we did in April.

Note that Men's floor hockey is also on the 13th. It starts immediately after the Bible discussion and prayer time with Dave ends, at 8:30.

Celebrate the moms and mentors in your life with a beautiful hand-tied bouquet from our Mother’s Day Flower Sale, happening Sunday, May 11 after the service! Each bouquet is lovingly arranged by the women of Gateway South Osborne and available for just $10 each. All proceeds go toward our Women’s Retreat in October.

A Seder is a traditional Passover meal that retells the Exodus story using worship and scripture. As Christians, Andrew and Alyssa Ward have chosen to host our Seder on Thursday, April 17, 6:30-9:30pm, in remembrance of the Last Supper and the promise of Jesus’ resurrection.

Baptism Sunday is April 13! One of the commandments of Jesus was to believe and be baptized.

If you are interested in being baptized, or would like more information, we offer a time of teaching to share the importance of this faith milestone. To register, or to ask for more information, sign up HERE.

Put your directing, acting, and creativity skills to the test by working together to make an epic movie for our amazing global workers! This is a small way we can bless and encourage them as they’re serving the Lord overseas!

Gateway 100 - March 9 & 16
We are offering Gateway 100 for those new to Gateway. 
2 sessions in which you will:

• Hear the heart behind Gateway's vision statement

• Learn about our 10 Core Commitments

• Come to understanding if you can be aligned with what God is doing in our congregation

• Sunday, March 9 & 16 from 11:45 to approx. 1:30

This is the third and final part of the Gateway Path! 

In Gateway 300, you will grow in your understanding of how you can be a blessing in ministry and mission for Jesus. You will have the opportunity to access a very thorough gifts and personality assessment tool to discover the way God uniquely designed you, and you will be equipped to share the Good News of Jesus more effectively with the people God has put in your life. The EMPOWER MINISTERS RETREAT is also part of Gateway 300 and we are offering it on April 4 & 5 this spring (here at Gateway South Osborne)! 
 
Gateway 300 will help to open the door for ministry involvement, as well as to grow in opportunity for leadership at Gateway. Gateway 100 and 200 are prerequisites for Gateway 300.
 
Gateway 300 will be offered as a one day session on Saturday, March 8 from 9:30am to 3:00pm. There will be a $15 fee for lunch and course materials.

The men of Gateway South Osborne will be meeting on Tuesday evening, February 25, at 7pm in the Sanctuary. It will be an evening of visioning for Men's ministries at GSO, including our weekly sports night (currently floor hockey) and other times of connecting, prayer and outreach. Please join to help shape the future of this ministry and also, to encourage each other.

Our next youth event is a WHERE’S WALDO hunt at St Vital Mall!

Complete challenges and work as a team to find all of the “Waldos” hiding in different areas. 

When: Sunday Feb 23rd after the church potluck! (If you'd rather do something else for lunch, no problem at all! But a potluck can be an awesome time to build community.) We'll meet at the mall around 1:15 and pickup will be at 3:00.
